► CLEANING PRINCIPLE
► CLEANING PROCESS
The filters are lifted into the cleaning oven by an electric hoist and the lid is locked. The saturated water vapor generated by the steam generator, with a gauge pressure of 0.1 to 0.3 MPa, is heated by the steam superheater to a temperature of 350°C to become superheated steam. The superheated steam is then introduced into the cleaning chamber to thermally decompose the polymer in the filters at high temperatures. The exhaust gas from the cleaning chamber enters the spray scrubber through the electric heating pipe and is sprayed with cooling water to absorb and discharge the gases.
► CLEANING TIME
The cleaning time can be adjusted based on the weight of the polymer to be cleaned and the complexity of the component. Generally, one cleaning cycle lasts for 6 to 12 hours.
Notes: The unit could be entirely bespoke, we can design and tailor oven to the customer’s specification.
